SECTION 1 - IMPORT RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS

We ship most of our products internationally. Please note: It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that all items purchased comply with the destination country's customs laws and regulations. Some of our products contain gemstones classified as precious. Many countries have restrictions and prohibitions against the import of precious gemstones. It is the buyers responsibility to be aware of these regulations. In the event a buyer has unknowingly purchased an item that is restricted in import into the destination country, the order will be cancelled and refunded prior to shipment.

SECTION 2 - INTERNATIONAL TAXES, TARIFFS, AND FEES

Midnight's Honor holds the buyer responsible for all charges associated with the delivery of our products and services. This includes (but is not limited to): Shipping costs, international taxes, adjustment charges and fees issued by the courier, tariffs, and VATS.

SECTION 3 - TURNAROUND TIME

All items sold by Midnight's Honor are expected to ship within 1 to 2 weeks following the close of the drop period. Unfortunately circumstances may arise that are out of our control. Some of these include (but are not limited to): natural disasters, acts of god, international delays due to events in the destination country, delays and shortages with the manufacturer(s) of our raw materials, and supplies, etc.

SECTION 4 - PURCHASES LOST IN TRANSIT/ DAMAGED

We make every attempt to ensure that your purchase arrives to you undamaged. However due to events outside of our control, it is possible that your purchase may be lost in transit or damaged. Under these circumstances you are not responsible for the loss on the part of the carrier, or the damages incurred in transit. Please contact as soon as possible with the details of the grievance and we will try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. In the event that the item purchased arrived damaged, please include pictures of the damaged item with your message.

In the event the packaged was delivered with a delivery confirmation from the courier, however the package was never received by you or the purchaser, please seek the guidance of local law enforcement services. In the United States of America, stolen mail is a felony. We believe all of us ought to treat stolen mail as a serious matter.
