Care Guide

Each piece that isn't "bare steel" (siler/ gray) is oxidized in order to achieve its color. This oxidation will come over time. The more you wear it, the faster the bare steel beneath will become visible.

Generally, take them off at night and when cleaning yourself.

All pieces are made of 304 or 304L stainless steel.

My Rings:

I have two or three pieces at the moment that I wear when I go out. I never wear these when I work, play sports, work out, or do anything that's going to involve my ring bumping into hard surfaces. I try to always remember to take them off before I go to the bathroom. It's a hygiene thing— germs have a way of getting under the ring and I'd rather not carry those remnants with me wherever I go.

Because of this, my rings continue to look brand new. I understand that you want to wear your ring all the time. And I wish I could tell you my pieces were life proof.

Structurally, your ring will be alright. There's more than enough material to give your piece the strength is needs. Regarding the finish, the more the piece is bumped or continuously rubbed, the faster the black finish will begin to fade.

And no matter how careful we are, if we are wearing our rings a lot, they take a lot of abuse.

My bracelets:

I have a chain bracelet and one mala that I've been favoring lately. The chain bracelet is virtually indestructable. The mala I need to be careful with. I recommend always putting on your mala after you're fully dressed. The tension The thin chain presently can't withstand the forces it's subject to when it gets caught. I don't have plans to change this because it's a safety issue. In my expereince people wear jewelry when they aren't supposed to. I'll replace a few chains here and there and be thankful more people still have their hands.

The finish will wear over time just like on the rings. Though I've noticed much slower wear on the malas.

My necklaces:

The same applies for the finish of the necklace as it does for rings and bracelets. The chain on the necklace is the same as the bracelets. They will snap if too much force is applied.
